Hi, I’m Keshia Peloubet, founder of KLP Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals and couples create meaningful change in their lives.

I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and later earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. Since 2012, I’ve been honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, heal, and grow.

My approach to counseling is rooted in creating a safe, supportive environment where trust and rapport are central. I believe therapy works best when clients feel truly seen and understood. Together, we’ll focus on uncovering patterns, building new skills, and moving toward a greater sense of balance, connection, and fulfillment.

Outside of my professional work, I love spending quality time with my husband, daughter, our two dogs (Henry and Emmie), family, and friends. You can often find me playing mahjong, curled up with a good book, exploring new restaurants, traveling, or out on a walk with my weighted vest!
